Immatriculation
General
De immatriculatie is een registratie in de wedstrijddatabase van de KBRSF. Sinds 2001 is de immatriculatie verplicht voor elk paard dat wordt ingeschreven voor officiële wedstrijden. Wanneer je paard geïmmatriculeerd is krijg je een immatriculatienummer dat heel het leven van het paard geldig is.
Existing Immatriculation
- Your horse/pony already has an immatriculation number and you want to participate in all types of competitions?
- Choose this option and follow the steps!
- Enter the immatriculation number, confirm the details and pay the lifetime immatriculation for your horse/pony via the Equibel website (see rates).
New immatriculation
- You want to participate in competitions and your horse/pony does not yet have an immatriculation number?
- Choose this option and follow the steps!
- Enter the contact details of the person responsible, fill in the horse/pony information form, confirm and choose "paid" or "unpaid".
Offline immatriculation
For offline immatriculation, you need to send the immatriculation document with a copy of the studbook, description and proof of payment to us. We will then arrange the immatriculation for you. Afterwards, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the immatriculation number.

All horses permanently residing on Belgian territory are required to be identified. Correct identification means that the horse must be in order with the three items listed below :
- Hold an EU-compliant passport.
- Carrying a microchip, complying with ISO standards 11784 and 11785, in the left neck region.
- Registration in the central database managed by the Belgian Confederation of the Horse vzw (BCP).
